Please invite your friends with 9-12 yr old children to be a host family.
Host families come to Open Day on July 12 from 6-8 pm and then take the 2 children for the weekend and bring them back to camp on at 7pm on Sunday, July 14. See what an Open Day is like in this photo album.
Thank you, Host Families!
Thank you to all the wonderful host families that took care of the Village delegates over the weekend.
There are still opportunities to help with our “Fairytale Village.”

“Children’s Intergalactic Spaceship Voyager” Village to Sweden
2019 Sweden Delegates
“Children’s Intergalatic Spaceship Voyage” Village works with the theme of a spaceship travelling through the universe. The Village will discover and explore new worlds, learn about what kind of conflicts they may have, and try to figure out how to find good solutions to them. The name of our spaceship (and of our camp) is the Children’s Intergalactic Spaceship Voyager!
See their experiences here.
Our delegate to Sweden joins other 17 and 18 year olds from 13 countries for Seminar camp where the delegates facilitate their own program, cook their own meals and design their own activities. The precamp states “Conflict happens all around us, every day. It can be big (like the conflicts in Yemen, Syria or Ukraine) or small (like the project group member in school who doesn’t help out). During the seminar camp, you will discuss conflicts you have experienced in your life, but you will also have to deal with the conflicts that arise from living together in a foreign environment.
Follow her experience in this photo album.
Sweden International Peoples Project
