This event trains international program and FACES leaders and junior counselors, Seminar and Fortnight delegates, and staff for local and international programs.  Local trainers will conduct this training. Topics covered include:  Roles and Responsibilities; Risk Management and First Aid; Planning an Activity; CISV Philosophy and Educational Methods; Program Specific Question and Answer Time.

Delegation Leaders, youth delegates and their parents should attend this event to discuss their CISV experience and kick off volunteering activities for the next 12 months.  This is a mandatory event for all 2023 summer leaders, delegates and their parents.
