CISV educates and inspires action for a more just and peaceful world.
Join us for a fun evening and sleepover of CISV games and activities!
Selection events are intended to give kids a chance to see what CISV games and activities are like, to give parents greater understanding of CISV’s educational principles and program details, and to give our chapter the opportunity to get to know the youth and leader applicants.
The activities are generally planned and led by the teenage leaders of the Junior Branch and adults who have led delegations in the past. Having to plan the selection events allows the youth leaders in our chapter to continue to practice their leadership skills.
For interested families, we will also offer a CISV 101, which is a presentation by past youth participants and parents about CISV’s programs, educational principles, and history and how you can get involved!
All Village applicants and their parents will be interviewed during one of selection events. Please complete your application before the overnight.
If your child has applied, sign up to bring a food item on Feb 4 here and sign up for a parent interview on Jan 22 or Feb 4 here.
