DESCRIPTION:This event is limited to parents of children that have been selected to represent the USA at CISV international programs in 2025. \nAt this meeting your delegation will: \n\nMeet fellow delegation parents and mentor\nDiscuss and fill out legal\, health\, travel information and individual information forms on My CISV (as much as possible)\nDecide on a parent to buy airline tickets as stated in the travel coordinator job description\nDivvy up delegation parent jobs\nDiscuss procedure for emergency money\nExchange contact information and set calendar for future meetings\n\nWHAT TO BRING \n\nCopy of your driver’s license\nCopy of your credit card\nCopy of your health insurance card\nYour child’s immunization record\nYour child’s passport and a copy of the information page from the passport\nA laptop\, smart phone or tablet\nYour calendar so delegation meetings can be scheduled\nForm of payment for first installment of fees ($850 unless prior arrangements have been made with Chapter Treasurer)\n\nWHAT NOT TO BRING\nPlease do not bring any of your children\, including your delegate.
