DESCRIPTION:Youth Program Selection Event\nJoin us for the CISV Jacksonville overnight event to select youth aged 12-17 for the Interchange\, Step Up\, Youth Meeting\, and Fortnight programs. \nEvent Purpose: \n\nProvide youth with a firsthand experience of CISV games and activities\nEnhance parents’ understanding of CISV’s educational principles and program specifics\nEnable our chapter to get to know youth and leader applicants\n\nAdditional Offerings: \n\nCISV 101 Presentation: An introductory session from 7:15-8:30 pm by past CISV participants and their parents.\n\nInterchange Candidate Selection: \n\nInterchange candidates are chosen based on their application\, home visit\, and event participation.\n\nInterviews: \n\nAll applicants and their parents (excluding interchange parents) will undergo interviews during the event.\nComplete your application before attending\, and encourage your child to bring a friend.\n\nOvernight Chaperoning: \n\nYouth will be chaperoned at the overnight event\, maintaining a 1 adult to 8 youth ratio.\n\nApplication and Interview Sign-ups: \n\nApply for a program using the appropriate form:\n\nVillage\, Youth Meeting\, or Step Up\, apply with this form.\nInterchange\, apply with this form.\n\n\nParents of youth applying for Step Up or Youth Meeting\, sign up for an interview here.\nParents of youth applying for any program\, sign up to bring a food item here.\nAdults applying to lead a program\, sign up for an interview here.\n\nLearn More: \n\nLearn more about the CISV Selection Process here. \n\nProgram Videos: \n\nWatch the Step Up Video\nWatch the Interchange Video
