President’s Message A Message from CISV Jacksonville President Josie Summa
Congratulations to all the CISV participants who have graduated from high school in 2023! Check out our website for a celebration of your many accomplishments and CISV career. Go back in time with the pics in our 2023 senior photo album.
We have welcomed teenagers from 12 countries to Jacksonville for our seminar camp! Thank you to everyone who hosted delegates, helped set up the camp location, and donated snacks. If you have not yet volunteered, please sign up for a volunteer role with our Seminar and FACES camps.
We still have spots for our free FACES day camp from July 24 to August 4. FACES is for kids who have just completed 4th or 5th grade. Register to attend FACES here. Please also donate to the FACES wish list.
The most charming CISV event of the year – Seminar Open Day – is June 24 from 12-2 pm at 830 Oak St., 32204. Invite your friends, colleagues, teams and organizations to see what CISV is like. More info here. Here’s a flyer to use to invite your friends.

The Seminar participants will perform dances and songs from their country and host an expo of nations with a table decorated with candy, souvenirs and photos from their countries.

It takes a VILLAGE to host a Seminar Camp and a FACES camp.
Delegates from more than 12 countries have arrived in Jacksonville to live together, share their cultures and build global friendships.Help us welcome them!Seminar Camp breakdown is Saturday, July 8.
We have space for additional kids for FACES of Jacksonville camp
from July 24 to Aug 4.
FACES is a free camp and
will be held at 191 Pecan Street, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
Youth should have just completed 4th or 5th grade.

CALL TO PARENTS: In August-September, we will feature CISV Jacksonville’s graduating seniors. We want to make sure everyone is included. Please send us a photo of your graduate. It can be any photo: CISV-related, graduation photo, etc.
SENIORS: We are accepting senior quotes! How has CISV impacted you as a person first and as a leader?
