Contingency Host Family for 2024 Youth Meeting

Form to indicate whether someone could be a host family during the Step Up camp in case of emergencies requiring the camp to be evacuated.

During the Youth Meeting camp, there may be an emergency that requires the camp to be evacuated, such as wildfires in the area or hurricanes. CISV Jacksonville is seeking homes that could shelter youth from camp until the emergency is over. If you are available to provide a place for the youth and leaders to stay during the emergency, please choose from the options in the drop down menu below.
